Brand Strategy
As the first dedicated Brand Marketing & Communications Strategy Manager at 2045 Studio, I developed the company’s brand positioning by bridging client insights with targeted communications. Through qualitative research, I identified audience pain points and emerging emerging cultural trends in the DEI space. Using these insights, I crafted social media content strategies to align with potential clients’ needs.
I generated 30% of all inbound client leads during Q1 and Q2 2024. I also achieved ~9% LinkedIn engagement and ~8% Instagram engagement in Q2 2024.
Event Marketing Strategy
I led the strategic execution of event marketing, managing photographers and videographers to capture content that aligned with our brand messaging. I oversaw the end-to-end production and multi-channel distribution of this content, tailoring content for different digital platforms to amplify engagement and extend 2045 Studio’s brand presence. My role included budget management and vendor oversight, and I made investment decisions aligned with organizational priorities to maximize ROI and strengthen partnerships.
Podcast Planning and Production
I led the end-to-end production of Season 4 of the “Race at Work” podcast. I conducted research and audience analysis to identify relevant topics and develop insightful questions that guided guest conversations. Through strategic guest outreach and content development, I curated discussions that resonated with our target audience, driving over 19.8k downloads. My marketing content amplified the podcast’s reach, reinforcing the studio’s leadership in DEI discourse and increasing audience engagement. Listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
